Palestinian political prisoner Imad Batran was released on Thursday, November 14 after 2 years in administrative detention without charge or trial. Batran was on hunger strike for over 105 days, from May 3 to August 20, demanding an end to his administrative detention; he finally ended his strike with an agreement to not renew his detention after serious health impacts from the strike.
Batran is from Ethna village near al-Khalil.
